- Pension Benefit for Veterans or Survivors.

Records to confirm identity:
- Your identity must be verified to ensure you are the right person to receive Lifeline benefits.
- Documents: A birth certificate, passport, or driver’s license.
Proof of age and emancipation status documents:
- A Lifeline applicant ought to be at least eighteen years old. A youngster less than eighteen needs to be emancipated. You must show court paperwork attesting to your emancipation status if you are a minor.

Documents to verify the address:

- Submit photocopies of the documents rather than the originals. Because the papers you submitted cannot be returned.
How to Verify the Status of EveryoneOn’s Free Government Tablet Application

You can contact their customer support to find out the status of your Lifeline free government tablet application.
